Gambit is my first short animated movie. It illustrates how things go awry in a peaceful village with the sudden death of a pigeon. As the people turn crueler, the pixels grow coarser.

The film presents the peaceful life of people in two villages. The story begins with the flight of a pigeon from one village to another.
The film is visually inspired by Persian miniature.the pixel art technique and Persian miniature have leading roles in the whole story.
"Gambit" is a 3 minute short animation which is all pixelated and animated frame by frame using Adobe Photoshop in 12 fps.
